Policies

Please check your mailing address associated with Etsy and Paypal. I am not responsible for any extra shipping costs if the address you supply is incorrect.
I am not responsible for any additional customs fees, VAT, duty, taxes or costs associated with international orders. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your country's customs policies before ordering.
I do not include invoices/receipts on CAN orders unless requested, because these are available online. Please let me know if you need a receipt.
I make every effort to accurately represent my items through photos and descriptions so my customers know exactly what they are purchasing. I provide measurements on size-sensitive items, so it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the item will fit. If the item does not fit, I will refund or exchange the item but the buyer must pay shipping costs.
If you change your mind on an order, the item may be returned for the full listing price within 7 days, if the item is unworn and returned in the condition in which it was shipped. However, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
If there is a problem with an item, I will address the issue on a case-by-case basis. If the problem is an error on my account, I will reimburse your full costs after the item has been returned, or replace the item at no cost to you.

Payment is expected within 24 hrs of recieving invoice.

*E-checks normally take 3-5 days to clear

*Items do not ship nor will be made until all payments clear

Make sure sizing is correct before purchase.
I will not responsible for lost or damaged shipments due to postal services and the item will not be replaced or refunded. I'm very sorry for this, but each item takes a lot of time and I can't be responsible for someone else's mistake.
