Deep Purple Katniss Cowl

Recently made a Deep Purple Katniss Cowl as well, this one came out real awesome too!!

The Katniss Cowl

 Recently I promoted my Katniss cowl on facebook with a contest of winning one....results were outstanding!!! It was a 3 week contest I ran with great success. Here are a few photos of the Cowl:

 The cowl can be worn many different ways! One way is worn like an infinity scarf (Picture shown above) It's a very cute and simple way to wear a scarf!


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Another way this can be worn is by having the cowl placed on you like Katniss, from the very well known movie "The hunger games" This is how the cowl got it's name.


The cowl can also be worn like a shawl/shrug. (As seen in the picture above)

 
In the pictures above you can wear it as a "Hood" in many different styles and forms.

Crochet Slipper boots


I must say that these slippers boots sure are a great piece. Made these for a friend at work. She is floored with them and absolutely loves them. These are a size 9 boot fit and I used worsted weight yarn, one strand. This is a purchased pattern off MY FACEBOOK . You can purchase it by clicking the link.

Very easy pattern to follow, I really enjoyed making these boots.

Pattern is written in Standard American Terms.
*Pattern uses 2 strands of worsted weight yarn ( size 4 medium) held together.
